Banana is the very common fruit found in south India. There
are people who love this so much and there are some who hate it like anything. We
all know banana as an edible thing. Do you know how beneficial a banana is for
your skin? In this article, I will tell you the uncommon wonders done by this
common fruit.
Banana as nutritional
masks- mash one ripe banana with one egg yolk and 1 teaspoon of fresh
cream. Apply it for 15 minutes on your face. It will fulfill vitamin
requirements of skin making it smooth and improving complexion.
Banana mask for oily
skin- take half banana+ one teaspoon honey+ one teaspoon lemon juice along
with oil from a vitamin A capsule. Now mix and make a paste of this. Apply on
face for 15-20 minutes. This will help in reducing greasy luster of your skin
and will narrow down skin pores.
Banana Spa- take
1-2 kg of ripe bananas; add 4-5 drops of almond oil. Take this paste, add water
and put it in your bath. Add few drops of rose water for an extra effect. You
will feel soft and smooth skin with this banana bath.
Banana therapy for
chapped hands- this is the common problem during winters. So, take a banana
and add some milk in it. Put this paste on your hands and wear rubber gloves.
Wash after one hour and notice the amazing results. Banana pulp acts as an
excellent regenerative agent for skin.
